The "Surf Package" is for most people, from the complete beginner who never surfed, to those who want to make it to the high intermediate level.
Our surf coaches specialize in teaching absolute beginners how to find their feet, and in taking those who want to step it up a bit to the multitude of world class waves dotted around the Taghazout bay area (you can see four of them from our rooftop terrace!).
Come any day you want and stay for 4 days or as many as you want! Most guests stay for at least a week, chasing waves and soaking up the culture.

My group was delighted with our stay. We were impressed by the location of the house and the friendly service. The rooms we stayed in were just clean and above our expectations. The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing. Surfing lessons were great. We felt very well in the company of our funny instructors. Some of us caught our first green waves!!! Room check-in starts at 14:00 and checkout before 11:00, if your departure time is later than 11am, you can leave your luggage at the reception and pick them up before you leave to the airport...
The Food
While staying with us, you will be experiencing a mix of Moroccan, Berber and Mediterranean dishes, with fresh ingredients from local markets. These include tajines (Beef, Chicken, Fish or Vegan²), couscous dishes, and salads accommodating for almost all diets, vegetarians, pescitarians and meat eaters alike.
In an effort to reduce our impact on the environment. We always prioritize local suppliers for fruits, vegetables and meats.
If you have special dietary requirements (ie: lactose, nuts intolerance) please let us know by filling up the guest form that you will receive after booking.

² The word "Vegan" here refers to the tajine that doesn't contain animal products, not all the dishes we serve are vegan.
The Surf
This package will give you daily* surf lessons of 2 hours each (theory + practice) + up to 4 hours of supervised afternoon surf with guidance from friendly and qualified surf instructors. It's a full day trip starting at around 10am and ending between 3 and 4pm.

Surf lessons are not included on check-in and check-out days.

- Wetsuit and surf board** hire (During the surf trip)
- Transportation to the surf spot and back
Ideal for:
- Beginners - Level 1: You have never surfed before
- Beginners - Level 2: You have surfed a few times
- Intermediates - Level 3: You can paddle out by yourself
- Intermediates - Level 4: You can catch open waves
* Except on the day of the week when we go to explore the Atlas Mountains (Paradise Valley Tour). To find out which day it is, please check our up-to-date daily schedule page.
* Participants must be at least 15 years old, and those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Most of our guests are between 22 and 36, creating a vibrant and social atmosphere.
** Soft top foam boards for beginners or hard (epoxy) surf boards for intermediates, no resin shortboards or high performance surf boards.
The Extras (Minimum Stay: 5 nights)
- 2 yoga sessions
- Free Agadir city trip with a visit to the local market (Souk)
- Free Excursion to the mini-sand dunes desert north of Taghazout (Sandboarding included) .
- Free° Transfers from and to Agadir-Al Massira Airport (AGA) or Agadir bus station
The extras above are offered for bookings of 6 days (5 nights) or more, otherwise, they can be added to the cart or booked separately here.
° Transfers form must be filled in advance at least 48h before the transfer, an email request is sent after booking.
The schedule of excursions can change sometimes depending on the surf conditions or for operational reasons.
The excursions are not offered on check-in and checkout days.
20% Deposit to Book
This is how it works:
- Choose your package or offer, your dates and book for a refundable* 20% deposit fee per booking.
- On arrival at our location, your balance (what's left to pay) will be requested and can be paid cash (EUR or MAD) or card**
* The deposit is refundable (minus 5% transaction & administrative fee) up to 15 days before check-in date, after that it is possible to cancel and get a voucher for what you paid for, valid for one year. No refund or voucher for No-shows, more about our terms & conditions here.
** Card payments are possible but due to the high cost, we have to add +5% transaction fee to the balance.
Balance payment in cash is possible in one currency only, it is not possible to pay using both Euros and Moroccan Dirhams to settle the same balance because it causes issues and confusion with conversion rates.

Taghazout in general is a great place to surf and to enjoy maroccan culuture.
Of course infrastructure isn’t the same as in Portugal or France but you get a great time with options to enjoy paradise valley or the suuk in Agadir, to have everyday great food and to meet nice people for a lower prices than in Europe.
If you plan a trip to Taghazout, I recommend this Camp a lot
